酵母多糖对赤眼鳟非特异性免疫机能的影响

摘    要:分别给赤眼鳟投喂4种不同酵母多糖含量的饲料(w(酵母多糖)分别为0、0.2%、0.5%、0.8%)36d。并在第12、24和36天检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、溶菌酶活性、白细胞吞噬活性、红细胞的免疫功能,和第36天检测血清中补体C3水平。结果表明:饲料添加了0.5%和0.8%酵母多糖的饲料能显提高鱼类SOD酶活性.溶菌酶活性、补体C3水平、白细胞吞噬活性、红细胞的免疫功能,而添加了0.2%的酵母多糖饲料只能显提高溶菌酶活性。

Abstract:The effects of including yeast glucan in the diet on Squaliobarbus curriculus non_specific immune response were investigated. The fish were fed four different diets for 36 days: a commercial diet as control and the same diet supplemented with 0 2%, 0 5%, 0 8% yeast glucan. After 12,24 and 36 days, the activity of SOD, Lysozyme levels, the phagocytic activity of the leucocytes, the immune function of erythrocytic were investigated. After 36 days, complement C_3 levels were also investigated .The results showed that 0 5%,0 8% yeast glucan enhanced all the investigated immune response significantly and 0 2% enhanced Lysozyme levels only.
