| 摘 要： | 本文在分析黑龙江旅游资源现状及中俄旅游合作有利因素的基础上，认为把黑龙江发展成为国际旅游热点线路具有可行性．研究当前中俄边境旅游的现状及存在问题，提出黑龙江中俄旅游合作开发对策．最后分析黑龙江中俄边境段旅游合作开发对于界江黑龙江自身生态系统的稳定及中俄边境区域综合竞争实力的增强具有重要的意义．

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of Heilongjiang's tourism actuality and cooperative advantaged factors between China and Russia, this article put forward the idea ,which is feasible to develop Heilongjiang river into international tourism hot line .Researching current status of China-Russian frontier tourism and existent problem ,this paper takes the countermeasure to develop China-Russian tourism cooperation. Finally, study on the cooperation of exploitation of Heilongjiang river tourism resources between China and Russia has important significance for stabilization of Heilongjiang border river ecological system itself and frontier area integrated competitive strength. |
