扭转载荷下环形切口轴的应力集中系数

摘    要:按照切口尖端半径、切口深度和切口张角,对切口进行分类.根据特殊情况下的精确解和一般情况下的数值结果,利用最小二乘法,拟合扭转载荷下具有环形切口轴的应力集中系数的计算公式.利用该公式计算扭转载荷下环形切口轴的应力集中系数.计算结果表明:该公式可以计算具有各种环形切口轴的应力集中系数,计算精度高,误差不超过1%.

Abstract:The notches were classified according to their tip radius,depth and opening angle.The stress concentration factor of annular notched shaft under torsional load was fitted and its evaluation formula was obtained by means of least-square method based on the results of accurate solution in specific case and numerical solution in common case.The stress concentration factor of any notched shaft under torsion could be calculated by using this formula with high precision and the error was so small as only 1%,which was showed by the evaluation result.
