摘    要:结合已有的热力学数据,对镍阳极液的Cu-Ni-Cl- H2O体系进行热力学平衡计算.计算出pH=2.5时,该体系中Cu2+、Ni2+及其配位络合物离子的平衡常数.绘制出298.15 K时Cu-Ni-Cl-H2O体系中lg c(Me)-c(Cl)T的关系图.结果表明:采用置换沉积的方法可以成功将Cu-Ni-Cl-H2O体...

Abstract:Thermodynamic equilibrium of Cu-Ni-Cl-H2O system as nickel anolyte was calculated according to the thermodynamic data available.The equilibrium constants of the ions such as Cu2+,Ni2+,and coordination complexes in this system were calculated at pH=2.5 and the lg c(Me) vs c(Cl)T diagrams of concentration relationship in this system were drawn at 298.15 K.The investigation result showed that the copper concentration in this system could be decreased to 3 mg/L by replacement deposition method and the mass ratio of copper to nickel greater than 20 in the slag,so that the requirement of nickel electrorefining was met.
