摘    要:建立综合考虑齿侧间隙、时变啮合刚度、综合啮合误差等因素下的直齿轮副的单自由度非线性动力学模型,利用变步长Runge-Kutta法对单自由度运动微分方程进行数值求解.结合系统的分岔图、相图、Poincaré映射图以及FFT频谱图,分析系统在不同侧隙值下,啮合刚度变化时的动力学特性,得到系统的混沌运动形成过程.结果表明侧隙值影响到系统倍化分岔的临界值,而对系统的叉式分岔及其分岔值没有影响.

Abstract:The nonlinear dynamic model for a spur gear pair with single degree of freedom was established where in the tooth backlash,time-varying stiffness and comprehensive gearing error were comprehensively considered.The differential equations of motion with single degree of freedom were solved by employing variable step Runge-Kutta integration method.The dynamic characteristics of the system was analyzed for different tooth side clearance and varying mesh stiffness based on bifurcation diagrams,phase portraits,Poincaré mapping and Fourier spectra.The result showed that the value of the tooth side clearance would have an influence on the critical value of system doubling bifurcation but no effect on system pitchfork bifurcation and its value.
