摘    要:介绍了一种基于模糊神经网络(fuzzy neural networks,FNN)的工程机械自动换挡控制试验系统的开发研制工作,该控制系统是模糊系统与神经网络的结合体,除了保留常规模糊控制器的语言信息处理功能以外,同时具有神经控制系统的监督学习、自动知识获取功能,这使得控制系统对工况环境具有更好的适应性,台架测试表明:该系统对某一习惯性最佳操作具有重视能力,进而达到控制系统对工程机械变速箱挡位合理选择之目的。

Abstract:In the paper,we focus on the development of an experimental system of gear-shifting control for construction machines or vehicles.The system is developed mainly based on the technology of fuzzy neural networks (FNN),which is able to realize the automatic gear-selection of transmission box of vehicles according to the alteration of working environment and operation tasks.The system is the right combination of fuzzy system and artificial neural system.It possesses not only an ability to deal with information expressed linguistically but also the function of supervised learning and automatic knowledge acquisition the artificial neural networks has.So,the system has the better adaptability to its working environment.The result of testing on test-bench shows that a certain practical operation can reocur under the control of the system.Furthermore,the proper gear-selection can be attained.
