| Abstract: | The cold- harm with low temperature meteorologic forecast is acreative application of meteorologic forecaster's experiment,knowledge and deduce thinking. The cold- harm was discussed with low temperature meteorologic forecast expert system's struture,function,deduce machine and calculation method of certainty foc- tors.Itnotonly givesrepresentation of meteorologicknowledge and database technol- ogy,but also points outthatthe expert system can be widely applied tometeorologic range in future. |
