| 摘 要： | “试教”是从学生到教师进行角色转换的必修课 .本文从实践中提炼出试教的指导方法 ,旨在为教师在试教过程中有针对性地指导学生提供帮助 ,从而达到提高学生教学能力的目的 ,使学生从心理、教学能力等诸方面顺利完成从学生到教师的角色过渡 .
