| 摘 要： | 论文采用宏观节水、节能定量计算模式，利用“北京工业能水系统数据库”，对北京工业节能节水系统进行了分析，并在此基础上提出北京能水系统优化方案．为北京产业结构调整提供了科学依据；并为城市建设，环境保护、人口、社会发展诸多领域提供实用性强，易于操作的系统优化方法．

| Abstract: | This paper analyced the Beijing industrial energy and water saving system using quantitative model of synthetic analysis on saving energy and water on the basis of the database of the Beijing Industrial Energy and Water System.Then a,n optimizing scheme for the Beijing Industrial energy and water saving system was worked out.The research provided a scientific foundation for the Beijing industial strtlcture adjustment and a set of system optimizing approaches with practicality and users friendliness for various fields of environmental profection 3 population and social development. |
