| 摘 要： | 针对关于切仑柯夫辐射机理的两种较为模糊的解释，通过对切仑柯夫辐射的产生条件和波－粒子的能动量关系的计算与分析，得出了产生切仑柯夫辐射的根本原因是波和粒子解耦，并且粒子和波的能动量是守恒的，即介质粒子并没有参与辐射．

| Abstract: | The emission condition and energy-momentum relation in Cerenkov process are investigated in detail. It is shown that the laws of energy-momentum conservation in the wave-particle system are satisfied and the emission is essentially resulting from incoupling of waves and charged particles,in other words, emission by media particles does not appear in Cerenkov process. |
