RCC控制系统的智能PID控制研究

摘    要:“RCC拌合控制系统”是国家“八五”重点科技攻关项目“碾压混凝土厂拌设备”的一个子课题。本文在分析国内、外同类设备所采用的控制算法的基础上,提出了一种新颖的智能PID控制算法,理论分析和仿真实验表明,这样的控制方式有利于解决控制系统中稳定性与准确性的矛盾,又能增强系统对不确定性的适应性,即鲁棒性较强。

Abstract:Roc Stiring Control System" is a sub - project of "Rolled Concrete MixingEguipments", a major research project of the National Eighth Five-Year Plan. In thispaper, a new algorithm of intelligent PID Control is then proposed based on the analysis ofthose control algorithms used in the similiar equipments home and overseas. Thetheoretical study and simulation experiments show that this kind of control method is convenientto solve the problem between the statility and the precision which exists in the controlsystem and to improve the adaption of the system to the uncertainty, i. e, the robustness isstrong.
