| 摘 要： | 本文应用层次分析方法(AHP),把复杂的煤炭发展问题,分为五个递阶层次,构造出判断矩阵,计算出单一准则下元素的相对权重和各层次元素的组合权重,对决策方案按优劣排序,进行决策分析。

| Abstract: | This paper divides the complicated problenms of Henan's coal development into five graded layers by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process. It constructs judgement matricies. calculates relative weights of elements under single criteria and a combined weight of elements of every hierarchy, orders policies decision-making Schemes according to priority and couducts an analysis of the policies decision-making at the government level. |
