| 摘 要： | 流动农民工子女的受义务教育问题已随着农民工流动的日趋频繁而凸显,成为提高农民生活质量的极大隐患。相关制度的改革是解决该问题的关键。“国家投入、教育券、就近入学”是制度改革的三大要件。

| Abstract: | With the increasing floating of peasant workers, the compulsory education problem of their children has been a major one and become a great hidden trouble to the improvement of their living quality. The key to the problem is to reform relevant systems, and "National input, Educational ticket and Going to school as near as possible" are three conditions of the reform of systems. |
