跨文化交际中语用失误调查研究

语用失误是影响跨文化交际顺利进行的重要因素之一。本文通过问卷调查，研究了中国英语专业的大学生在跨文化交际中的语用失误情况。调查发现，中国英语专业学生仍存在大量语用失误，主要由于汉语负迁移，英汉语言文化差异以及教学方法与教材同语言能力的培养脱节导致。因此，在教学中，教师要采取相应的教学对策，培养学习者跨文化交际意识，提高学习者的交际能力和语用能力。

A Research on Pragmatic Failure in Cross-cultural Communication

Pragmatic failure is one of the most important factors that influence cross-cultural communication. With a questionnaire, this thesis investigates the pragmatic failures that occur to English majors in China in their cross-cultural communication. The study finds that learners＇ pragmatic failures are mainly caused by negative-transfer of the Chinese language, the differences between English and Chinese cultures, and the teaching method and textbooks not attaching enough importance on training learners＇ language ability. Therefore, the teachers should take efficient measures in their teaching to train the cross-cultural awareness of learners so as to improve their communicative and pragmatic capabilitv.
