| Abstract: | Firstly, we elicited the definition of engineering contract status and a method of describing the status, and then the contract executing mechanism was opened out based on the contract status. Secondly, an engineering contract status (control) model was established. Finally, the methods of identifying the opportunity of claims were discussed, and the method of ascertaining the amount of contract claims was offered. |
