摘    要:本文论述了采用水和石腊模拟试验方法,探索异形铸件用离心力铸造方法生产时成形过程的规律,找出了离心力铸造异形铸件时常见缺陷的成因和消除这些缺陷的工艺措施。试验结果表明,获得外形完整、内部无缩孔和气孔的致密异形铸件的条件是:(1)有足够大的作用于腊液的离心压力;(2)要使内浇道内的腊液最后凝固,形成异形铸件先凝固内浇道后凝固的格局,以利于补缩;(3)一定的铸型转速和排气孔位置的正确设计,是消除异形铸件中气孔缺陷的重要工艺措施;(4)内浇道形状、内浇口尺寸和浇注速度要与转速等工艺参数相匹配。

Abstract:In order to find out solidification regularity of special-shaped centrifugal castings, simulating test with water and paraffinum is used. By means of experiment, some reasons causing common defects have beenfound out, and technological methods for eliminating those defects have beeno btained. The experimental results have shown that the condition for getting sound castings are: Keeping enough centrifugal pressure in liquid, making an ordered solidification process from castings to runners, correctly designing the rotational speed of mould and the location of gas exits, and keeping a proper relationship between many technological parameters.
