| 摘 要： | 以L-（＋）-酒石酸为起始原料，经过酯化、甲基化、水解、酰化合成（R，R）-（＋）-2，3-二甲氧基-N，N，N’，N’-四环己丁二酰胺化合物，其结构和（R，R）-（＋）-2，3-二甲氧基-1，4-丁二酰氯的结构通过IR，^1HNMR进行分析确证，对合成条件和纯化方法进行探讨。

| Abstract: | With L-(+)-tartaric acid as raw material,by esterification,methylation,hydrolysis,acylation,(R,R)-(+)-2,3-Dimethoxy-N,N,N',N'-tetracyclohexylsuccinamide is prepared.Its structure and the structure of(R,R)-(+)-2,3-Dimethoxy-1,4-succinyl chloride are verified with IR,1HNMR,and both the systemization conditions and sublimate method are studied. |
