圆柱体与孔正交相贯线处等宽倒角的实现方法研究

摘    要:倒角是机械零件上一种简单工艺结构,使用常规刀具即可轻易加工完成.圆柱体与孔正交相贯线处的等宽倒角,现今还没有成熟的加工方法.通过实践及研究,确立了其形成原理,并归纳总结了加工方法,建立了实用的理论公式,运用该理论公式,可以准确地计算出刀具结构的相关数据,以及加工过程中刀具运行的范围数据,并简述了其应用范围及意义.

Abstract:Chamfer, which can be easily machined by regular tools, is a simple mechanical structure of spare parts. When it comes to the monospaced chamfer at intersection line of orthogonal cylinder and cylindrical bore, however, no mature manufacturing method has been found yet. By practice and study, the author managed to come up with the principles of forming monospaced chamfer, its manufacturing method and practicable formula, by which accurate data of the tool structure and manufacturing motion scope can be worked out. Finally, the author briefed the applications and significance of the formula.
