| Abstract: | Résumé La néphrectomie bilatérale réduit de façon significative l'utilisation de l'érythropoïétine. Cet effet n'est pas dû à l'absence d'élimination par les urines ni à l'intoxication urémique. Ces résultats impliquent que le rein joue un rôle dans le catabolisme de l'hormone.
