运输业投资对经济拉动作用的计算方法

在阐述了投入产出的分析机理后，基于产业关联理论，分析了投入产出表在衡量运输业投资对国民经济贡献的传统运用。根据数理计算结果，认为传统的运算结果与投入产出基础表之间必然存在一个简单的线性关系；指出静态投入产出模型没有考虑到经济存量因素和模型的线性假设，传统投入产出模型对运输业投资拉动作用的研究不适合做变化量较大或长期的分析。改善方法之一是引入考虑生产能力限制的完全消耗系数矩阵。

Contribution Measuring Method of Transportation Development to National Economy Growth

Based on the principle of input-ouput analysis,this paper analyzed the traditional exertion of input-output table in measuring the contribution of transportation investment to national economy with the theory of the industries' relationship.According to calculation results,it is pointed out that there is a simple relationship between the ultimate results and the basic table,the model with the hypothesis of linear input-output relationship neglects the existed resources in native economy.It is unreasonable to analyze the long-term or relative greater change on economy with traditional ways,and it is more suitable to analyze the case with the input-output model about the capability of production.1 tab,7 refs.
