| 摘 要： | 给出了柱形体的一种有价值的极化散射矩阵的定义（Ss),Ss具有6个自由度，它包含了柱形体散射的所有信息，利用它可以很容易地定义和计算平等极化RCS与垂直极化RCS等，也很容易推导出线极化基极化散射矩阵Sl和圆极化基极化散射矩阵Sc等。作用Ss的应用，还提出了基于柱形体的几种RCS定义。

| Abstract: | A new valuable definition is presented for EM polarization scattering matrix Ss for cylinder, which has six freedoms and includes all information of scattering wave of cylindrical scatterer. The parallel polarization RCS and the vertical polarization RCS can be easily calculated, and EM scattering matrix S l based on linear polarization and EM scattering matrix S c based on circular polarization can be easily derived from the six freedom matrix S s . As the application of S s , some definition of RCS for cylinder is also presented. |
