| 摘 要： | 通过对天津市几所大学、中学、小学体育教学中艺术体操课、艺术体操训练课、艺术体操理论讲座课的问卷调查和实践课观察，具体分析了在学校体育教学中，艺术体操利于女学生个性发展和美育的培养，深受广大女学生的欢迎和喜爱，表明艺术体操课的教学效果是有不可代替的作用．文中并探讨了艺术体操的独特锻炼价值．

| Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to discuss the teaching value of art gymnastics in physical education. After analyzing the questionnaires and observing the actual teachings,this article shows that art gymnastics is a valuable sport,especially for female college students in their physical and emotional development. Meanwhile the excellent training effect of this very sport has been discussed. |
