玻璃纤维增强聚酰胺老化机理的研究

摘    要:以聚酰胺66(PA66)为主要原料,着重探讨了玻璃纤维对聚酰胺材料的吸湿率、力学性能、形貌的影响。试验结果表明:玻璃纤维能使PA66的拉伸强度、弯曲强度大幅度提高,减缓力学性能的下降,同时推导出玻璃纤维增强聚酰胺的老化机理。

Abstract:Based on the material of polyamide 66(PA66),the influence of the glass fiber on the polyamide 66 were emphatically discussed,and the aging mechanics of glass fiber reinforced polyamide were deduced.The results of the experiment shows: glass fiber can make the tensile strength and flexural strength improved obviously,and during the course of aging,the retention rate of the mechanical property drop slowly.
