三氯化铁催化邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯的合成

摘    要:研究了以邻苯二甲酸酐和正丁醇为原料,以FeCl3·6H2O为双酯化过程的催化剂合成邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(DBP),研究了各种工艺条件对产物DBP的影响,找到了获得较高产率的较佳工艺条件。研究结果表明:在邻苯二甲酸酐与正丁醇的进料摩尔比为1:3,双酯化时间为1.5h,FeCl3·6H2O为邻苯二甲酸酐用量的3%时,DBP的产率可达94.4%。

Abstract:The synthesis reaction of di-n-butyl phthalate is studied. Phthalic anhydride and n-butyl alcohol are as matherial,and ferric chloride as its catalyst .The technical conditions are studied too. The result shows that the optimum production conditions as following:phthalic anhydride-to-n-butyl alcohol is 1:3, the reaction time is 1.5 h ,and ferric chloride is 3% of the weight of phthalic anhydride. The yield of di-n-butyl phthalate can come up 94.4%.
