| 摘 要： | 提高高职院校教学质量，为社会输送合格的技能型人才，是高职院校生存和发展的生命线，可持续发展的前提。要“扎扎实实抓教改，一心一意谋发展”，就要围绕全面提高高职院校教学质量这一中心，对提高教学质量的关键因素——教师的培养与提高、教学内容的整合、教学模式的改革、学生技能的培养以及教学双方的监督等方面进行有益的探索，深入的研究。

| Abstract: | Improving teaching quality and providing qualified skill-oriented talented students for the society,is the key point of sustainable development of higher vocational colleges and universities.In order to carrying out teaching reform and seeking development, we must improve teaching quality comprehensively,and research on the key aspects that affecting teaching quality,such as teaching staff cultivation;teaching content conformity;teaching mode reform;students skill education,as well as teaching and learning supervision. |
