The Framework and Implement of Life Cycle Management

Life Cycle Management, an effective method that has been applied in the environmental management of foreign businesses, is introduced in this paper. Life Cycle management is compared with Life Cycle Assessmetn established on the same theory. The conceptual framework and implement's steps of LCM are discussed, and through actual cases making the effectiveness of LCM in improving businesses' environmental management and making the economic target coordinate with the environmental one is demostrated.
