| 摘 要： | 在珠三角经济转型和产业结构升级背景下,社会对英语人才提出了新的规格要求,过去光懂英语的"纯外语人才"或单一基础技能型毕业生已不能适应经济国际化发展的需要。因此,应用型英语人才培养模式必须进行改革。从教育理念、"双学科"培养模式、"内容与语言融合学习"教学模式、项目培养模式以及工读交替模式构建经济转型和产业结构升级背景下应用型英语人才的培养模式,以使培养出来的人才能更好更快地为地方产业经济发展服务。

| Abstract: | Under the background of economic transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in the Pearl River Delta, the society puts new specifications on English talents. Those graduates who just understand English or know a single skill can not meet the needs of international economic development. Therefore, the training mode of applied English talents must be reformed. The study builds an applied English talents training mode based on new educational concept, ＂double -subject study＂ cultivation mode, ＂content and lan- guage integration learning＂ teaching mode, project training and work - study alternating pattern. Hopefully students trained through this mode can better serve local economic development. |
