| 摘 要： | 以大黄素含量为指标,应用L9(34)正交试验设计对智力胶囊进行最佳工艺筛选.最终得到智力胶囊大黄素的最佳提取工艺为:加10倍量水、提取4h、醇沉浓度为70%,药醇液静置48h.该工艺制备可靠,质量稳定.

| Abstract: | The optimum preparation technique of intellectuality capsules was investigated by L_9(3~4)(orthogonal) test as the emodin content index.The optimized extraction procedure was as follows:10 times of water,extracted for 4 hours,70% alcohol,stayed for 48 hours.The preparation of intellectuality capsules is reliable,and the preparation quality can be more stabilized. |
