| Abstract: | The personal software process (PSP) provides software engineers a way to improve the quality, predictability, and productivity of their work. This paper describes the principle and method of PSP, and analyzes its evolution framework. According to the problems in introducing PSP into an organization, the authors propose a strategy during the initial introduction of PSP into software enterprise. |
