摘    要:研究基于Matlab/Simulink的非增压柴油机的非线性稳态模型的建模方法.采用充排法建立了一个四缸非增压柴油机模型,并利用4102非增压柴油机的实验数据进行模型校准.模型可用于柴油机控制仿真和预测柴油机的循环内参数变化.利用RTW(实时工作间)将模型转化为通用实时代码,加快了仿真速度.采用模块化建模方法,可以将模型推广到不同型号的柴油机,为非线性增压柴油机模型的开发打下良好的基础.

Abstract:The method of modeling for non-linear, non-turbocharger diesel engines based on the Matlab/Simulink is presented. A four cylinder non-turbocharger diesel engine model has been developed through filling and emptying method. Validation has been performed for a 4102 diesel engine. It can be used to control simulation and predict the in-cycle variation of engine parameters. The model has been converted to generic real-time coder program by RTW (real time workshop). The method cuts down greatly the simulation time. As the model adopts the modularized method, it can easily be used for different types of diesels, and can form the basis of non-linear turbocharger diesel engine models.
