摘    要:为定量评价大风浪中干散货船的航行安全,对干散货船事故、船舶适航性的要求及PSC检查重点项目等方面进行研究分析,获得模糊综合评判指标.运用系统工程学原理和层次分析法(AHP),确定各评价指标对干散货船航行安全影响的重要程度,建立多级模糊综合评判数学模型并应用于实践进行模型验证.结果表明该模型有效、可靠.

Abstract:To get safety quantitative evaluation of loaded dry bulk carrier in rough sea,some aspects such as dry bulk carrier accident,request for ship seaworthiness and PSC inspection of key items were analyzed, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index was obtained.According to the principles of system engineering and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the weight values of index effects on navigation safety were determined,and mathematic model of multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was established and applied to...
