| 摘 要： | 为定量评价大风浪中干散货船的航行安全,对干散货船事故、船舶适航性的要求及PSC检查重点项目等方面进行研究分析,获得模糊综合评判指标.运用系统工程学原理和层次分析法(AHP),确定各评价指标对干散货船航行安全影响的重要程度,建立多级模糊综合评判数学模型并应用于实践进行模型验证.结果表明该模型有效、可靠.
