| 摘 要： | 为了满足不同材质布料的刺绣需求,提高工业绣花机刺绣质量,提出一种平包针补偿的新方法.首先,在分析平包针特征的基础上,总结出平包针的必备条件,并建立链表保存满足条件的各平包针段;然后,根据平面几何原理,采取从一般到特殊的方式研究出平包针的补偿方案;最后在自主研发的基于ARM7的工业绣花机控制器上实现.测试结果表明,该方法对平包针的正、负补偿效果都很显著.
