长短叶导风轮对增压器性能的改善

摘    要:通过计算分析,探讨了长短叶片对压气机流道性能的各种影响,并阐述了设计长 短叶导风轮应考虑的主要因素.经过计算求解的长短叶流道中的速度分布可以为检验 长短叶导风轮性能提供科学依据。试验证明,在一定条件下,设计合理的长短叶导风 轮可使高压比增压器的压气枫效牢及压比得以提高,稳定工作流量范围有所扩大。

Abstract:The authors analyse the effects of splitters on compressor channels by calculation, and present the main factors which have to be taken into consideration when splitters are to be designed. The calculation results of the velocity distribution in compressor channels give the scientific rules for exami- ning the performance of a splitter-inducer. Experiments show that a well designed splitter-inducer can improve the efficiency, raise the pressureratio, and increase the stably running range of a high pressure-ratio charger.
