摘    要:本文以厦门市饮用水源流域农业非点源污染控制规划为实例,探讨了流域环境系统规划的灰色方法问题。主要报告了如何建立灰色规划模型,如何求取规划模型的灰色解,如何将灰色规划解应用于流域规划等。文中介绍的求解灰色规划解的方法是一种近似方法,但十分有效,可以应用于求解类似的规划问题。研究表明,对流域环境系统进行灰色规划更加合理可靠,用灰色系统理论研究区域环境系统的规划问题具有美好的前景。

Abstract:Through the case study of agricultural nonpoint source pollution control planning for the drinking water catchment of Southeast China's Xiamen City, the grey planning of watershed environmental system is studied in this paper. The main focuses are the method of grey planning model build-up, the procedure of grey model solution, and the application of grey model in watershed planning. The method of the grey model solution is an approximate one, though it is effective, and can be applied in solving similar planning problems. The study proved that the grey planning of watershed environmental system is reasonable and reliable, and that the grey system theory approach is promising in regional enviromental system planning.
