超声波检测桩身混凝土缺陷的信号频谱分析研究

摘    要:介绍了超声波法检测混凝土缺陷的原理,分析了混凝土中缺陷与超声波声学参数之间的关系.对混凝土试样进行声波测试,利用频谱分析方法得出超声波的频谱特性.通过比较完整混凝土与有缺陷混凝土声波测试的频谱差异,对混凝土内部缺陷情况进行综合判断.以某一工程的桩身混凝土声波检测为例,说明利用频谱分析方法对桩身混凝土缺陷进行判断能够取得较为满意的结果.

Abstract:Introduces the principle of the concrete defect in ultrasonic test and analyzes the relationship between the defect of concrete and the ultrasonic acoustic parameters.Acoustic wave measurements are taken on the concrete test samples and the frequency spectrum characters of ultrasonic wave are obtained using frequency spectrum analysis.By comparing with the results of the spectrum analysis of the integrated concretes and the defective concretes,the defects of the concretes are estimated.At last,ultrasonic test on a concrete pile in a engineering project is taken,the test results indicate that reasonable results are available by using frequency spectrum analysis to assess defect in concrete pile.
