| 摘 要： | 本文给出了半正定Ｈｅｒｍｉｔｅ矩阵和Ｈｅｒｍｉｔｅ矩阵来积的特征值估计，同时给出了乘积矩阵中正、负、零特征值个数的估计，推广了文［１］－［４］的结果．
