| 摘 要： | 提出了判定具有时滞的细胞神经网络渐近稳定性的一条新定理，可以证明，该定理的结论使得直到目前为止的所有全局渐近稳定性定理或推论均为其特例，并且证明简单，条件判定也较容易实现。

| Abstract: | By constructing and analyzing the Lyapunov energy fun ct ion, the paper presented a new theorem to judge the stability of cellular neural networks with time delay. This result has improved the condition proposed by Sa bri Arik, and has almost all previous results turned out to be deductions. The t heorem is to be proved and realized easily. |
