新型空间住宅延性结构体系的研究

提出一种新型高效空间住宅延性结构体系。该体系采用由构造柱、延性梁和支撑组成的延性支撑结构代替原住宅中的承重砖墙,由构造柱、延性梁组成的延性框架结构代替原住宅中的自承重砖墙的空间延性结构体系,不仅使住宅满足高效实用、灵活多样的居住空间,而且还可彻底取代粘土砖。

The study of ductility structure system for new space residence

A new efficiently space ductility construction system residence is put forward. The space ductility construction system combined ductility brace structure that be constituted by constructional pillar, ductility beam and brace to replace the bearing brick wall in the residence and ductility frame that be constituted by constructional pillar, ductility beam to replace the bearing self wall is adopt. The system can be not only to replace brick wall but also to magnify the effective space residence with effective using and flexible variety.
