摘    要:采用介观结构中一维量子波导理论,在给定节点处波函数的边界条件情况下,研究了内含一个气泡的介观环结构的电子输运特性。结果表明,在这一介观结构中,反共振(T=0)现象在零极对称传输振幅中得到很好的描述,并且电子透射几率随环半长以及气泡半长的改变均做周期性振荡.

Abstract:In this paper, the boundary condition of the wave function at an intersection is given. The transport properties of electron in one - dimensional mesoscopic ring including one bubble are investigated by using the quantum waveguide theory. In this mesoscopic structure, it is found that the antiresonance (T =0) is characterized by a symmetric zero pole in transmission amplitude. Moreover, the transmission of electron oscillates periodically with changing of rings half length or bubbles half length.
