| Abstract: | This paper mainly discusses the design and structure of the system of collecting and long distance transferring data of water level and flowrate and it gives a hardware frame of the serial interface,the frame and the list of the program.The design has been applied in the system of collecting and long distance tranferring data of water level and flowrate in Zhuolu county,Hebei province. |
