| 摘 要： | 从2000年至今,气象科研机构的分类改革经历了三个阶段,进行了两次评估,取得可喜的成果。分析了气象科研机构深化改革的过程、成绩和存在问题,探讨了气象科研机构改革对公益类科研机构改革的启示。
