圆柱蜗杆砂轮的计算机辅助参数化法设计

摘    要:根据磨齿技术的发展趋势,在研究连续分度展成磨齿方法和圆柱蜗杆砂轮技术参数的基础上,以AUTO-CAD2000为支撑软件,以AUTOLISP为主语言,基于参数化法开发了圆柱蜗杆砂轮CAD系统。介绍了系统的基本功能和各主要程序模块的作用,为进一步开发展成磨齿砂轮CAD/CAM系统做了基础性工作。

Abstract:According to the development trend of gear-grinding technology, based on the research of continuous generating gear-grinding and structure parameters of cylindrical worm emery-wheel, taking AUTOCAD2000 as supporting platform, adopting AUTOLISP as major language, the software of cylindrical worm emery-wheel CAD is established by applying parametrization-method. Essential functions of the each main module are introduced in the paper. The research is one of the basal works to exploit the system of worm emery-wheel CAD /CAM.
