| 摘 要： | 美军“虐囚”事件不是偶然、孤立的事件，它与美国文化密切相关。美国文化兼收并蓄，既有许多积极因素，也有很多消极因素。从深层次原因来看，这次“虐囚门”事件是由美国文化中的消极因素造成的。

| Abstract: | The American soldiers maltreatment of Iraq prisoners is not an accidental and isolated accident. It has close relation with the American culture. The American culture absorbs everything and has active factors as well negative factors. Viewed from the deep factors, the maltreatment of prisoners of war was caused by the negative factors. |
