| 摘 要： | 目的 对彝药药材小霸王,即“长茎飞蓬Erigeron elongatus Ledeb.”进行系统的生药学研究。方法 采用性状鉴定、显微鉴定、高效液相色谱法对长茎飞蓬药材进行研究。结果 得到长茎飞蓬药材的生药性状、横切面组织构造及粉末特征,药材中灯盏乙素的含量为0.26-1.1%。结论 为长茎飞蓬的生药鉴定、质量标准制定及进一步开发利用长茎飞蓬药材提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the pharmacognosy characters of Xiao-ba-wang Erigeron elongatus L. Methods The cross sections of root, leaf and stem , the power graph were observed by the optical microscope, and scutellarin of E. elongatus were analysised by HPLC. Results Morphological and histological characters of E. elongatus were described by microscopic photo; The content of scutellarin of E. elongatus is 0.26-1.1%. Conclusion These studies provided reference information for further development, quality control, and identification of this meteria medica. |
