| 摘 要： | 通过３甲氧基４羟基苯甲醇与４亚硝基二甲苯胺反应的实验结果，扼要说明亚硝基法合成香兰素的反应机理．实验结果表明，加速氧化取代苄醇是提高该法生产香兰素的产率的关键之一．

| Abstract: | In this paper, we briefly explained the reaction mechanism of 3 methoxyl 4 oxyl phenyl methanol and p nitroso dimethylaniline according to the experimental result. It shows that speeding oxidating substituted benzylalcohol is the key factor to effect vanillin of product. |
