催化裂化装置反应深度多变量预测控制

摘    要:研究了催化裂化装置的优化控制问题,指出干扰或操作条件变化时,会导致被控过程出现三种系统(r=m,r<m,r>m),其中r为控制变量维数,m为被控变量维数。这三种系统会相互转化,提出了适合于这种复杂工业过程的多变量预测控制策略。仿真和工业应用结果表明,该方法能使大型工业装置操作稳定,所有被控变量和操作变量都不超限,充分发挥装置的潜力,具有较高的工程应用价值。

Abstract:The optimization of fluid catalytic cracking units (FCCU) is studied. Three kinds of systems ( r=m, rm ) can be presented in the controlled process for the disturbances occurrence or operation changes. Here, r represents the controlled variable dimension and m is the controlling variable one. Three systems can be exchangeable. A design method of multivariable prediction control for the complex industrial processes is proposed on the basis of model of predictive control algorithm and expert coordination decision method. Simulation and the real application show that the proposed control strategy is available for large industry units.
