| 摘 要： | 结合我国国情和高校体育实际情况,牢固树立“健康第一”的指导思想,以实施素质教育为突破口,针对高校体育课程内容体系改革中的问题,如教学内容、教材选用、比例分配、教法实施、评价等方面进行研究,并在研究成果基础上提出新的体育课程内容体系和具体实施方案,且对方案进行实验研究.以期为我国普通高校体育课程内容新体系的构建,提供理论和实践借鉴.

| Abstract: | Based on the current situation of physical education in colleges and universities and also the notion of "putting health first",the article is attempting to make some theoretical and practice research on the problems in curriculum system reforms such as teaching contents,materials,methods and evaluation. Application and experiment have been substantially performed which are expected to be instructive to the construction of China's new physical education curriculum system in colleges and universities. |
