苯和环己烷在氧化铝载体上的吸附性能研究

摘    要:运用迎头色谱技术和TPD方法,考察了苯和环己烷分别在颗粒或纤维氧化2铝上的可逆吸附和苯的不可逆吸附,室温下苯在氧化铝上能形成3-4分子层厚的吸附层,可逆吸附热小于苯蒸气的液化热。环己烷在氧化铝载体上的吸附比苯弱,脱附速度比苯快。苯的不可逆吸附量仅为氧化铝上单层吸附量的1/4-1/5,脱附活化能在40kJ.mol^-1左右。苯在纤维氧化铝上的可逆吸附可以区分为孔口外表面吸附和孔内凝聚吸附,其脱附曲线

Abstract:The reversible adsorption of benzene or cyclohexane and the irreversible adsorption of benzene on grained or fibrous alumina were studied separately by GC and TPD techniques. At room temperature,benzene can form the adsorption layer which had three or four thicknesses of the molecule,and the heat of reversible adsorption was smaller than itself liquefying heat. The adsorptive power of cyclohexane was weaker than that of benzene and the rate of desorption was all the fater. On the supporters,the quantity of irrevsible adsorption of benzene was only one-fourth to one-fifth of the adsorptive quantity in single layer. Its activation energy of desorption approximated 40 kj mol-1. The reversible adsorption of benzene on fibrous alumina could be divided into the surface adsorption outside pores and the coagulating adsorption inside pores,and also the curves of desorption possessed obviously ladder feature.
