木材浮压干燥的研究

摘    要:<正>作者从国内外木材干燥工业生产和科研动态中得到启示,形成了关于浮压干燥的设想:加压升温,向木材内部迅速注入能量;将介质压力作为重要的控制参数一木材干燥第四要素,创造有利于内部水分向表层移动的初始条件与外界条件,在含水率梯度不大的情况下加速干燥过程。实验结果表明,浮压干燥是可行的,是一种有发展前途的新型木材干燥方法。

Abstract:The author gained a good deal of enlightenment from the industrial production and scientific research development of wood drying that has been underway both at home and abroad, the idea is formed of wood drying under floating pressures, i. e., forcing the energy to enter rapidly the interior of wood by means of increasing pressure at rising temperature; introducing medium pressure as the major parameter to be controlled-the very fourth essential factor of wood drying; creatingthe initial condition and marginal condition in favour of moving water from the interior to the surface layer 5 accelerating the drying procedure at a limited gradient of moisture content. A series of experiments in the light of the idea mentioned above show drying under floating pressures is a practical method. It has been qualitatively brought about a drying equation under floating pressures, i. e.,Ultramicrostructure analysis is also involved here. Somenew tentative ideas are put forward of the subjects to be further studied.
