| 摘 要： | 文化创意产业在国外被称作"未来的主导产业"。文化创意产业是集文化与创意于一体的一种产业形式,挖掘深厚的文化底蕴,运用知识与创意手段打造文化产品,用现代化的传播技术和管理手段发展我国的文化创意产业,因此,需要大量培养和造就知识型、创新型人才,需要产业经营人才和知识产品保护人才。发展文化创意产业需要政策的支持,资金的辅助,而文化创意人才的培养则是发展文化创意产业的必备条件,是文化创意产业发展的重中之重。

| Abstract: | The cultural creative industry in foreign countries is called as ＂the leading industry of future＂. Cultural creative industry is an industry form of integrating culture and creative, dig deep cultural background, build cultural products by means of knowledge and creativity, develop the cultural creative industry in our country, therefore with the spread of modem technology and management, so we need train and bring up a lot of knowledge-based and innovative talents, need industry management talents and knowledge products protect personnel. Developing cultural creative industries needs the support of policy, funding, and culture creativity talent cultivation is the essential condition of developing the cultural creative industry, and is the key of the cultural creative industry development. |
